Chauffeur standards
Every chauffeur on our roster holds a valid Ukrainian passenger carriage licence and works under a signed contract. Each vehicle carries mandatory carrier liability insurance. We check both documents every quarter, and we keep copies on file for the day of your trip.
Drivers hold a category B licence with passenger carriage authorisation and a clean record with no serious traffic offences. Vehicles run under carrier liability cover plus full comprehensive insurance. If you need the certificate numbers before a corporate booking, ask and we will send them with your confirmation.
Chauffeurs cover the Kyiv to Lviv, Kyiv to Odesa, Kyiv to Dnipro and Kharkiv corridors regularly, so they know where the roadworks are, which fuel stops are clean, and which border or ring-road exits save time. They plan the route before pickup and adjust it live if traffic or weather changes.
Tell us at booking if you need a chauffeur who speaks English, and we will assign one from the team. This is a standard option for guests arriving at Boryspil or Zhuliany, for delegates travelling between cities, and for families meeting relatives from abroad. Ask for it in the booking notes and there is no extra charge.
The fleet is no older than five years. Every car is serviced on the manufacturer schedule, inspected before each long transfer, and cleaned inside and out between trips. Winter tyres go on before the first frost, and the cabin is stocked with water, tissues and phone chargers on intercity runs.
Booking process
Request a quote, confirm the transfer, and adjust the trip if your plans change. Every step is handled by a coordinator, not an automated queue.
Tell us the pickup city, the drop-off city, the date, and the number of passengers. Baggage notes and child seat requests go in the same message.
We answer with a fixed price, the vehicle class, and the estimated travel time on the route. All mandatory fees appear in the same quote, so nothing is added later.
Confirm the trip and we assign a licensed chauffeur. You receive the driver name, vehicle plate, and a direct phone number at least two hours before departure.
Adjust the time or address, or cancel the trip free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Later changes are re-quoted for the same route and vehicle class.
