2. Booking, fares and payment
A booking is confirmed only on our written confirmation. Fares are estimates for the stated route, vehicle class and time and may change with distance, waiting, tolls or demand; availability is not guaranteed until confirmed. Payment is due as stated at checkout by card or cash. A single tax payer; VAT is added only where stated.
3. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup; later cancellations may be charged the full fare. Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days. Distance service withdrawal rights follow Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' dated 12 May 1991.
4. Carriers and advertising
Carriers hold road transport licences required by Law of Ukraine No. 2344-III 'On Road Transport' dated 5 April 2001 and disclose their identification before travel; paid promotions are marked as advertising under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996.
5. Personal data and cookies
Booking data is processed under Law of Ukraine No. 8153-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 20 November 2024; cookies and device storage require informed consent under Law of Ukraine No. 3014-IX 'On Electronic Communications' dated 16 December 2020.
6. Liability and disputes
We are liable for direct damage caused by our fault, up to the fare paid, and not for delays from traffic, weather or force majeure. Complaints are answered within 30 days; unresolved disputes may be brought before a Ukrainian court.
