Every intercity transfer is quoted as a fixed price for the whole car, calculated from the route and the vehicle class you choose. No meter, no surge, no surprise at the kerb.
Prices shown are indicative. Your confirmed fare is fixed in writing before a driver is assigned.
Indicative fares
Distances below are road kilometres and travel times are typical for a chauffeur-driven car in normal traffic. Each price is flat per vehicle, not per passenger, and covers the driver, fuel and road tolls.

Fares include every mandatory fee: licensed chauffeur, vehicle insurance, fuel and tolls. A night surcharge between 23:00 and 06:00, waiting time beyond the first 60 minutes and cross-border permits are confirmed in writing before you book. All amounts are quoted in hryvnia (UAH) and cover the chauffeur, fuel and vehicle. Tolls, paid parking and ferry crossings are charged at cost and shown on your invoice before departure.

Fare terms
The amounts on this page are indicative. Your confirmed quote is sent in writing before departure and lists every mandatory fee. The six points below explain when a fare can move and how each case is handled.
Travel times on long corridors such as Kyiv to Lviv depend on traffic, weather and roadworks. Delays on the road do not change a fixed-price transfer, but an hourly chauffeur booking is billed for the time actually used.
Adding a stop or switching the drop-off address after booking is charged at the per-kilometre rate for your chosen vehicle class. Extra distance is confirmed with you before the change is accepted.
Airport and station pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting on international arrivals and 30 minutes on domestic travel. After that, waiting is billed in 30-minute blocks at the hourly rate.
Road tolls, airport entry charges and parking are added at cost where they apply. They appear as separate lines on the invoice rather than being folded into the base price.
myroxel.com is a single tax payer, so VAT is not added to confirmed quotes. Night surcharges, peak-date demand and unusually large luggage are always agreed before the trip starts.
